If you check the MLS there are several that have been on the market for a long time, but those had features like lanai bathrooms or no separate bedroom, which may have scared away more mainstream buyers. I've seen several that were more conventional in the detailing that moved fairly quickly. I would not build one as a spec home, that's for sure.
