I don't see anywhere that she claimed to have been on the board or started Fern Acres, she said she participated in the process that resulted in there being mandatory road fees for FA. It also sounds like she and Schultz were adversaries at some point in the process and now he is twisted her words and actions in hopes that most people either won't bother to read what she actually said, or will lack the reading comprehension skills to undersatnd what was written.

Clearly PT didn't, nowhere does she say she started FA, so who is hallucinating?
