Yeah the seats are hard. Bring a cushion. The venue has an almost outdoor feel. I liked it. I suppose they could find a way to improve the acoustics. Being open air like it kinda is I don't think much cloth type stuff would work. When I went it was rainy and cool. I had a great time. The food available was pretty good too.
