Not sure about the Amdro.
But, the bait stations come in a small plastic container with a small hole [~1/4" dia?] hole in the top.
Unless they chew on it, it should be hard for them to get to.

My understanding is that the Tango has very low [read as almost no] toxicity for mammals.
Two of the ingredients, corn oil and peanut butter, might attract pets.
It can be applied to crops up until harvest.
I still wouldn't make a milkshake out of it, though.

To be sure, contact the people at the Ant Lab, call or go visit.
They can tell you all you need to know.
The control of LFAs is the reason they exist.
It's their job.
