Well, to be fair to Napa, Orilley answers the same way ... I don't know and NO most of the time. At least Pahoa AutoPart guys "TRY". That's why I spend my money there. Not only that, but the Customer Service at napa sucks, Orilley is a little better but not by much. Dunno, I got a few friendly people at Napa once. Most of the time it just seems like unless your in there to spend 500 or more they don't want talk to you if you are just there to buy the 19 dollar filter and oil on special.
I'm always going into hilo anyway so, the time and gas it takes is a mute point. I'll spend my money even if it's a bit more on more knowledgeably / friendly staff. Plus a local company that is obviously not a chain. At least I get treated like a human and not some robot that obviously hates his/her job.
