this issue with cindy ??? you must have nightmares about her .. im not cindy. the presentation made by laurie was not clear or concise. is was a jumble of various laws some from North carolina, hawaii , roberts rules, etc it was all over the place . and it said nothing because, if you quote a law then you should state directly to the board how and why they violated the law . not one person put in writing what was the "cause" for removal of any board member.
i am not saying the board is right in how they conduct business , but there is a formal procedure to follow in which an individual would state in writing the cause for removal of a board member. it is not done by a Frankenstein mob.
