We all know that was for New Babylon Honolulu. We also all know that Puna needs only 1/10th that much (which by coincidence, is the Puna median income), around $12,200 per year, to be happy.
After all, look at PW, nobody ever complains and they are totally happy with everything. Kind of drunk-slap-happy but not a single care or concern. Seems like levels of happiness need to be categorized, like drunk happy, stoned happy, punched happy, crazy happy, lots of different happiness levels.
