Tom, agreed.

That is a dangerous place but it also displays the excitement of the ocean like few others. The horns are a common sense solution. Adults supervision would also be nice. Adult common sense would be nice too. Taking a very small child out into the surf there reminds me of M. Jackson hanging his child out the window = no common sense. Is peer pressure not an available option there?
