Puna Geothermal incident - Civil Defense Message

Per Civil Defense - PGV had to go offline as the grid is down. They are releasing the steam in the turbines and the release of H2S is minimal. This happens most times that the power is out for an extended period of time. Not PGVs fault but Hellcos fault. They are seemingly unable to maintain their grid. PUC?
