Also wondering if the state Dept of Health is involved. Spoiling food, no way to wash hands, properly clean wounds, etc. makes for high potential for disease outbreaks such as Hep A and more cases of lepto. Nothing on the DOH web site do far. Hopefully that doesn't mean DOH isn't working actively on this. No way to know, however.
