DLNR closed Shipman paths

The closing was announced a couple of weeks ago: http://bigislandnow.com/2014/08/21/state...ing-trail/
I have tried the trail - it is a lot worse then a few tangled trees and the coast version is now missing the trees and such you need to go that way safely. |
