There's a previous thread with this same discussion started two days ago here:

We assume they would improve and widen Government Beach Road from Hawaiian Beaches to HPP first in case lava crosses Hwy. 130.
After that if lava is still progressing towards the ocean, we assume they would reconnect the end of Hwy 130 to Chain of Craters Road for an escape route through the volcano park.
I always enjoy reading Kelena's posts. He was just being sarcastic based on conversations from previous threads. I appreciate his humor and if ever there was a time we need to keep our sense of humor it's now.
I really hope the governor's not coming to take my chickens!
