DOH wants to ban cesspools

I am a strong supporter of the environment, in genuine and meaningful ways - not as a political weapon - but I have always wondered if human "waste" is worse than other animal's "output". They have a dump-at-the-pump ad campaign in Ca, where a fish gives a lecture, and I can't help but wonder, where the fish, and seals, and porpoise and whales, dump. Obviously, in the water, so I can't help but ask why human non-pump dumping is so much worse
