Thanks for bringing it up. I've seen it numerous places. And yes, it is very black and white. As you said lots of conjecture presented as fact. No water, no power, no access. All based on his opinion. He throws in some math, 501(c3), "Executive Director" and suddenly people are taking his post as gospel.
