Will the new flow put an end to more geothermal?

Very disturbing to have a leaking plant that seems to draw rain or make its own clouds that rain. We think geothermal somehow can create enough moisture to rain and keep its gasses, waste, and electricity loss down. Does that sound really crazy to most of you?
