Both of these quotes are what is called deflection, when a question is avoided by asking a different question or accusing the questioner.

This HPPOA board has not posted any meeting since they were seated, including from any meetings related to the firings. They are now the board, they are the ones who took drastic actions without revealing the motions made, motions amended, votes taken, and motions passed that resulted in those actions.

Quit deflecting, and get your dear buddies on the board to do their jobs and generate some accurate minutes for the meetings since they were seated. The longer they wait the more people think they have something to hide.
