Aloha, Kirt. Well, that's been the argument for the past hundred+ years! However, as we progress, OHA, and other Federal/State agencies MUST provide Puna with enough funding to preserve and protect our aina. That's what Obama's declaration stated, so I am of the mind to work with the hand we are dealt. For now.
