I've got the foundation framework (footings) done & passed inspection. Now my cement contractor has dropped out so I am wondering how much (approximately) it would cost to have the 1200 sq ft slab poured. On a slightly different topic: the catchment tank was erected on compacted gravel but without a cement ring (footing). Does county require the footing?
Update: still looking for a licensed cement contractor to finish the foundation slab, where the previous contractor bailed on me. Any suggestions? Any cost estimates?
