The health care worker who just contracted Ebola while taking care of the patient in Dallas is also a teacher. She teaches quarantine safety protocol. The speculation from CDC is that she may not have been careful enough while taking off her gear.
It seems the CDC is not doing a very good job understanding the contagion of this disease. If those who teach quarantine safety can't protect themselves then we must assume we cannot contain the virus, and it's too dangerous to allow travellers into our airports from the countries in West Africa that are not contained.
I'm not clear on how many troops we have sent there but it's time to bring them back and put them all into quarantine in my opinion.
