Looks like somebody has an evacuation plan. CD hasn't announced any evacuation, so the residences aren't on any warning list yet. That is a milestone quite a ways off, the first residence consumed by the flow. It seems at that point, a disaster zone will be declared. Once it crosses Apa'a road, then the assessment of what exactly is going to be covered becomes more clear. If it pools and stays at over 1000 feet wide going down the pasture land slope, those clump of houses in that section do tend to be in the center.
