I would hire Tiffany. While no one's perfect, she is a passionate fighter with Puna's interests at heart. I know this from following her blog for so long. Danny seems like a good candidate, but I simply don't know him as well.

Also, as an employer, I know that women get paid less than men, which would translate into more profits for me. (OK, that was a joke, I couldn't help it)
