They would be in the ball park, but not exact enough to get approval from joshken. The debt I mentioned did not include mortgage debt, which is not typically called consumer debt. I thought the debt to income was surprisingly high for a Punatic couple, and that is my take on it.

The gross income listed for Tiffany (not the Surf Shop) is far below the salary of a Councilperson. If you can talk her into selling at Maku'u instead of the Council, you will be doing us all a favor, so go for it!
