i asked to have comments emailed to me directly so that when i connect with the folks who run tripadviser i could give them a medley of feedback. tripadvisor is located in my hometown.
i would rather not derail the thread and, collecting comments may not be necessary now that laughing girl found a complaint form. like laughing girl, i read through all of kathyh's postings on trip adviser.
kathy h is not a puna supporter and her bias is years long in her tripadvisor postings.
