Back in the early days the county wanted to use 40th as a route to install power lines. The board at that time I believe was for it, but certain members that lived on 40th shot it down thereby ruining any chance that the county will ever try to help again. the good road became road 8 in Hawaiian acres and that alternate route is kinda out of the way.
So we are on our own.
Now, even if the General membership approves a paving assessment the legal fact still remains that lot owners will still , by law, only have to pay the $85 MRMA.
I will agree to pay paving assessments if they are concise and if it appears that there are no hidden agendas. KW
