As fate would have it I have done a bit of driving today and just now I was coming up on Pohiki rd towards Pahoa , and while still on the Kings portion (still has Mango trees)and their was a gold Toyota doing a turn around in the middle of the road crossing over to the high grass shoulders and then backing back into the street to complete his turn, and as as I looked to my left I could see one of those trailer - bound, sprayers with a smaller reservoir tank -looked dented a little - the whole rig had obviously separated from the gold toy somehow or got whipped by a fast turn.
Oh parking on the right during this whole scene was a Humvee with a couple of NG's in it on the phone and the guy talking has a worried look on his face, making me think that the accident had involved then as well - although nothing with them appeared amiss and everyone was
collected with themselves
My POINT here is the roads are getting very narrow and accidents are happening so maybe you (anyone) will avoid a similar situation by going slower on these roads since they are markedly more dangerous this way
