In fact suffered a suit against myself, for that, for filing charges. Their attorney told me, behind closed doors, he wasn't after me but the cops!!
fricken cost me many bucks in defense!! double victimized!!!

most of us, wouldn't try and pull stupid stints like those kids, so we are blind to it.. I know there's no way I would, not even as an ignorant kid!! Blinded for cops protecting themselves to the extent if nobody witnessed, it's guaranteed, public trust!
Public trusts that cops only harm people who did something wrong or deserved it.. self defended the judge in my case the cops had charged me with 'public intoxication' at the rose parade , I gave just cause and evidence, the charges were bogus and was dismissed!! I was not drunk, nor resisted. peaceful, actually expected they'd take me a few blocks away, I'd bail out, be right back for the festivities, and deal with the case another day.
However no charges were filed against the skum who beat the holyC out of me.. cuffed, stuffed without any resistance whatsoever, taken into a dark alley and beat me to no end until an old lady was seen witnessing it all. .. the cops got away with it clean.. buried..
don't kid your self, a good portion of our police are BRUTAL!! and GUILTY!! .
And experts at knowing what, when and where they can pull it off.
You'd be too as a cop if you knew you could get caught,, insure you're up-to-date on anything somebody could do to prove it.
screwy kids, abusing the system,, but otherwise, they'd been beat, brutalized, personal justice served by our "Proud officers"
any, even the very slightest pain inflicted by our offers is their way of punishment, punishment that's NOT dictated by our justice system!!
On site justice, awarded by brutal criminals with escape cards.
