Gosh, Jeff; You opened your car doors and windows to blast your radio to others; then ignored the Rangers instructions to turn it down........Well, yeah, he probably wasn't having a bad day till that happened.
Then he kicked you out?
I'm dumbfounded.
dumbfounded, yeah like that's not a no brainer did ya manage to read this: "A fellow who was polite, reasonable, courteous, but direct!"
I drew his attention, not intentionally, had no clue anybody cared. However, like I said, the song was almost over, plus, as I also said, there are no sound laws or rules that I could find. I did not say, but the ranger was unable to cite one too. I asked.. . Including, whether there was or not, I'm civil enough to not have to fight a ranger..
He did NOT kick me out, just advised, the same as every other car there at that time, "it's closed at sunset" he approached everybody not just me. .. Nor did he return after advising to turn the radio down.. I turned the radio down after the song was over, not because of a law or rule but as a courtesy.
It seemed more apparent, he was out to tell everybody to move on, I just happened to make my car his first target. LOL
try and stay on topic and you won't have so many people to fight with!
On topic!! WARNING THE DIRT ROAD AT NIGHT UP OR DOWN TO MAUNA KEA IS DANGEROUS !!
However, there's always trolls on any board who are looking for a reason to pick, assumed problems..
You're just trolling for trouble,,.. You'd rather listen to lies than fact?
Get a life.. My story is a warning,, any idiot who recommends driving that road at night, better get an attorney!
As far as Kathy goes, perhaps she did make a mistake regarding rules on that road at night. But,, obviously smart enough to know,, before double checking,, only a fool would recommend it to tourists. .
Likely, the same type of fool who would divert the attention of a topic for his/her personal agenda.
