Yes, it would render any politician who goes that route ineffective. This is the prime example of why I have nothing good to say about Ruderman. There is not one ethical bone in that man's body. Puna must have peace.
It is time to save ourselves from Ruderman's meritocracy and his self serving posse. Ask yourself who does Ruderman run with? When you look at the bottom of his barrel who do you see?
