There is a big difference between faked and staged. For example, since the order of houses isn't determined until post-production months later, the director asks the real estate agents to say "our first property", "and our second property", "here's the final property" while standing in front of all three houses. In other words, three different intros. That doesn't make it fake, but it is staged. Every business has some behind the scenes logistics that the public doesn't know about. It just makes things flow better. Why get bogged down in the details when the end result is really what a customer wants.
