The notion that you are less distracted by a phone conversation simply because your hands are free is laughable. After years of driving on some of the busiest freeways in the world, I can tell you that distracted driving comes in many forms. From fiddling with the stereo to putting on makeup, from dealing with rowdy kids to eating fast food, drivers are distracted without breaking the law. Somehow using a phone is illegal and the previous examples are not! Be careful everyone, it's a jungle out there...
