Sorry Kimo, I think the fine is too low. Should be $500+, a significant hit to the pocketbook. Too many folk don't have enough common sense, are lacking the awareness to realize that their driving abilities are compromised when talking on a cell. You are a perfect example, you still think you can drive just fine while on your cell. You can't, too many scientific studies tell us the results are unequivocal, you are a danger to others and yourself. You don't mess around when it comes to driving, it's too easy to be lethal. I have never once picked up a cell while driving, ever, I get it, I am aware.
