It is defamation if what you say is not true. Remember, since you heard it from someone else it's hearsay and not a fact and you can and should be prosecuted for your actions.

And don't you just love the personal attacks like, "HPPdog instead of watchdog? By the way Deb how are those no parking "tow away zone" progressing on your road? If I remember correctly that was going to be one of the first projects the new board was going to take care of.
