That's all he keeps telling us...that he's winning. Why would anyone think that he cares about the association? He's suing the association, he's suing US. Take what he and his supporters say w/a grain of salt.

I finally received a copy of the 2013-14 fiscal audit.
In my opinion, the law suit against the Association is a slam dunk.
We have no idea what this board may have on the TE's since they're not allowed to talk about the lawsuit. We have no idea how it'll all pan out. The TE's don't even know.
It's appalling and frustrating that we still don't have employees hired yet. But it doesn't mean anyone's stealing $$$. It means that a couple of them are guilty of poor mgmt decisions and arrogance and should step down.
I'll reiterate that the treasurer was asked to be the spokesperson at those meetings for the board, hppwatchdog. The treasurer isn't usually the spokesperson for the board, you know that. Usually it's the Pres or VP's job. She didn't act alone so the fair thing to do is to charge all of them.
BTW, all 6 are being sued independent from the Association. Once they are found guilty of violating the law there is no indemnification.
I do care about the Association, but I care more about the truth. If these directors harmed the TE's then they have to pay for it.
To bad it's our money supporting their illegal activities.
