Keep checking Craigslist, that's the #1 place you will see info on found pets. Go to the Humane Society, do not take the word of the person answering the phone. What we describe over the phone, people don't always conceptualize accurately.
Make posters, put them everywhere, specially by the mailboxes of all surrounding subdivisions. Good luck! Keep putting up the posters.
