"Building permits are between the homeowner and the county. Sneaking around to take pictures of people using their own property is just plain creepy and should be a concern for everyone. If someone thinks their neighbor is building without permits it only takes a phone call to the county or mousing around the county permit site to see what is going on, no one needs to be invading people's privacy".

How else do we get people to comply with the rules, if we do not expose them? just follow the rules.
