Highway 130 new lane already flooding...

Drove 130 this morning, leaving HPP at about 6:15, in deluge level pouring rain. I was very pleased to not have to deal with any ponding on the road. After going through and around monster ponds crossing HPP, I had anticipated problems on the highway, it was wet but not flooded, even at the "new" bridge.
