Miconazole or Clotrimazole are good remedies for most kinds of skin fungi, according to our docs and a couple of pharmacists. Heat rashes gone bad, jock itch, ringworm, etc. Buy it cheapest in the women's yeast infection size (miconazole). If you have a fungus, you should get relief w/in a couple of days, ime (with a lot of dogs and a wet/humid environment on the coast, I'm prone to ringworm. My preferred go-to is Miconazole. My husband uses that and Clotrimazole for athlete's foot and jock itch. Those cremes work wonders). Keeping clean and dry, is, of course, a good idea to hopefully keep it at bay. If you get it as athlete's foot, have at least 2 pairs of shoes that you rotate them on alternate days if you're in a dry enough climate that they have a chance to dry (and you're not just wearing flip-flops :-) ).
