Food prices remain high in Puna?
#4
Matson made the largest fuel surcharge "reduction" since 2009. Containers are going for about $100.00 less then a few months ago. It's the retailers here in Hawaii that are not passing on the savings. Same with fuel. The airlines are getting their fuel alot cheaper but their demand is so high that they also do not need to pass the savings on to the consumer. Basically businesses are trying to make up for lost profits of previous quarters.
