State Judge rules Hawaiian Kingdom still exists
Kaimana: "If it was to be found that we are occupied, a referendum would be nonsensical. It would be asking people who have no national stake to vote on a national issue. "

How does this statement affect things like property rights? Would not current property owners have a stake? If not, why not?

Since there are no living people from before annexation who would have a stake? Does blood quantum apply?

How would one simply turn back the hands of time?
Assume the best and ask questions.
