Pretty funny pbmaze brought this particular property up at this time. Horowitz doesn't own the property so the people that own it are probably the ones that owned it back in 1999. It's hard to believe there is any civil case that takes 15 years to get resolved.
There does seem to have been some kind of meltdown. Hilarious all the meltdowns around here lately. Their B&B ads went dead around 2007. Homey ain't got time for all the mixed up transplants' ideas of the Hawaiian life.
