It takes an incredible commitment to take a legal stand. If you are scammed, the Courts give someone the reasonable doubt so you must have an ironclad case.
Further you are exposed to countersuits.
Then after years in the Court the scammer has a right to appeal any judgment and they are free to file future suits claiming fraud in the first.
Failing to make a stand, or provide moral support to someone that does, is evident here.
Now reread your post and go talk to residents in California after JT left.
