they are great homes and we were considering building one ourselves but a few things stopped us. The first was the price. They are expensive for what you get. There is a lot of finnishing expense that is not included. Also the amount of wood to keep up turned us off. Michael at Multi-fatceted homes said he stains his house yearly to keep it up. They are a good outfit with a good reputation though.
