Home Ins Pahoa
#11
At any rate we are fully insured so we sleep well at night. One of our neighbors decided to play the insurance gamble and not purchase any home insurance. That might have been okay but he also neglected to cut the towering Albezia on his property. Well we all know where this story goes - the Albezia fell over and crushed 2 cars and part of the house. No insurance meant that out of pocket costs forced him to take a mortgage out on his home. As a retired senior on a fixed income - he is now facing the potential loss of his home and may need to move back to the mainland and live with one of his children. Please consider all potential dangers when deciding to skip home insurance. It's a big gamble that you cannot afford to lose.
