Because of funding inequities; HAAS, like most Charter Schools, is certainly endangered. They may be strangled by the DOE, but I really can't see them moving. If you have ever visited their campus, you will have noticed how they make Pahoa High seem kinda Ghetto.
If the Charter School model is unsustainable, they will thrive as a private school.
