Community efforts to eradicate Albizia?

Somebody still needs to deal with the dead tree/falling branches. We have one on the neighbor's side of our common border. I'm afraid to even walk over there if there is a breeze and I've been picking up debris for at least a year now. All that said, I'm still happy the tree is dead.
