Community efforts to eradicate Albizia?

Looks like HELCO is starting to cut albizia away from the power lines. There are a lot of stretches where the lot is private and the albizia is off the easement but the trunks and branches are extending over power lines. There are more lots being cleared but usually left to grow back with the junk vegetation. More people are spiking, you can see dead albizia in the distance all over. That is one thing everybody is agreeing on, get rid of albizia.
