But in macro, where we are talking about money flowing, all telescope expenses are being put into the island's economy with NO financial return. The island may demand more, but the money for any more would not come from the profits from the telescope, since the telescope is a big financial deficit with no profit, doesn't even break even, no revenue.
Despite this, a lot of money has been asked for and promised. You want more? How much more?
