Aloha all, I too found it was cheaper to shop around for my own materials when I built in HPP. Got most of the lumber from Trojan, roof trusses, ties & windows from HPM, roofing from Pierson's. If you're doing your own carpentry, once you get a chopsaw set up and figure out the "angle of the dangle", it goes pretty smooth, just remember to buy a few extra sticks in case of miscuts or miscounting.
