My business is in Hilo and I have been random running errands on the way home all week. None of the grocery stores or hardware stores have had anything more than the normal level of shopping this time around. Either people are just permanently prepared now or they just aren't taking this one seriously. Only time will tell wear are dealing with fear factor or common sense here.
