State Workers - Working Hard or Watching Movies?

Now days you can just use your phone for such purposes.

Right -- but then we're paying for the data plan, on top of paying State workers to stream video.

I have a better idea: if they don't want to work, furlough them and replace them with someone who actually wants the job.
